Pete Furlong is a graduate of Melbourne University, graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours), a Bachelor of Property & Construction and a Bachelor of Planning & Design.

Following several years working in high-rise construction and property development, Pete Furlong is now a registered builder in the categories of Commercial Builder – Unlimited and Domestic Builder – Manager. Pete is also a registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board of Victoria (ARBV).

Elyte Focus Pty Ltd is a property development and construction company established mid 2009 by Director Pete Furlong.

Elyte Focus focuses on residential development and construction with an emphasis on high quality, architecturally designed projects. Elyte Focus places critical importance on the balance of project time, cost and quality with uncompromising attention to achieving the client’s desired outcomes.

Completing our own projects as well as building for other established architects in and around Melbourne, Elyte Focus has now completed over 40 projects.

Elyte Focus currently employs a team of carpenters and has successfully established a highly skilled and experienced network of consultants and subcontractors who are regularly re-engaged from project to project. This continuity of resources and a commitment to a team approach to project delivery helps Elyte Focus reliably complete successful projects, meeting the client’s or project’s specific goals.

Elyte Focus also maintains on-going memberships with professional industry associations including both the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
